The variation inherent in each individual tile is the most amazing aspect of handmade tile. No two tiles will look alike. Your tile will vary from the images on our website. If your friend orders our Petite Cairo in Iron glaze, you love it, and order the same exact tile, yours will be unique and beautiful just for you.
We have access to a multitude of glaze color options for you. We have several in-stock glazes for you to choose from listed on our website. Any other glaze color is considered a special order.
You can pick up one of our Sample Packs to see a preview of (4) glazes for your design. There is a $16 in-stock sample pack available and you can add more colors for $5 each. The glaze sample comes on our 2x2 field tile. Your samples will be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. You can choose other shapes or sizes for the additional price of each tile, minus the cost of the 2x2’s ($8).
We love to work with custom ideas and are excited to create for you. We love to color match design agendas. To order custom samples of glaze that are not in stock, please contact our studio. Our custom order glaze sample packs are available on our site for $32 and include (4) 2x2 field tile glazed in up to (4) glaze colors of your choosing. These will be ready in 3-4 weeks. We're happy to create samples of any of our tile shapes and sizes for you, just add in the cost of each finished tile to the sample pack price. We will discuss color options upon order and help you find the perfect match for your design needs.
Every tile from our studio is meticulously, lovingly handmade to order. Our typical lead time on orders is typically 2-12 weeks. Lead time is dependent upon how small or large your order is and how busy our studio is at the time your order is placed. For square footage orders, 8-16 weeks, depending on size of order. For single Art Tile, 2-4 weeks. Address Signs, 4-6 weeks.
Full payment is appreciated on all orders prior to discussing design, color options, or initiating production of your order. Our studio policy requires full payment on any order(s) under $1000 and a 50% deposit is required to initiate work on any order(s) above $1000.
We cannot except cancellations on orders once payment is received, order is processed and started. There are no refunds or exchanges on any orders unless the items are damaged in transit. Please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to replace any damaged items. Once installed, there are no returns or exchanges.
